To nominate someone for the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards, complete the form below.

If you have questions, call the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce at 320-251-2940.  Nominations should be received on or before January 8, 2024. Nominations are reviewed by the selection committee and recipients are announced in April of 2024. Recipients must be members of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.
